As part of the city's "Click it or Ticket" seat belt enforcement state grant, police conducted a nighttime enforcement near the intersection of Redondo Beach Boulevard and Western Avenue on Nov. 19. For five hours, a sergeant watched cars from the southeast corner of the intersection.
