Actor Thomas Dekker is scheduled to be arraigned Friday on two misdemeanor DUI charges stemming from his arrest last month in North Hollywood, the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office confirmed today. Dekker was charged last week with one count each of driving under the influence and driving under the influence with a blood-alcohol content of .08 or above, according to city attorney's spokesman Frank Mateljan.
