Removing "cottage cheese" ceilings has become an increasingly popular home improvement project. It's unanimous: Acoustic ceilings are out and virtually any other finish is in (smooth, textured or wood). The finish that is commonly referred to as "cottage cheese" is not a dairy product, but rather an acoustical ceiling treatment that was used widely in the '60s, '70s and early '80s. While many builders continue to use it, it's not nearly as popular as it once was.

'Enter Laughing' Is Not All Laughs

"Enter Laughing" should be a laugh-filled romp, a bath of nostalgia filled with a hundred jokes and dozens of funny situations.
